Stefani is a dedicated mother of two and wife to a gifted trauma surgeon. She is an entrepreneur, triathlete, and a stage 2 melanoma survivor. While working in the medical field at age 25, Stefani was told “You have cancer” — it has become her mission to help others never have to hear those three words.

After a long recovery, while training for Ironman Florida, Stefani realized there was no sun safe UPF gear for her long rides and runs. She founded Tri Sirena — an innovative brand of UPF clothing for athletes — featuring a full line of triathlon kits, running gear, and swimwear that is both fashionable and functional.

Stef's uncompromising standards for the highest quality technical cooling fabrics is remarkable, but even more inspiring is the community she built around the brand. Tri Sirena quickly drew the attention of countless athletes (not to mention Doctors and Dermatologists) who’ve been impacted by skin cancer, and is now a platform for sharing stories and promoting sun safety.

Stefani knows that solving the problem of UPF gear alone will not stop skin cancer, or help those we love find it early: she founded the Tri Sirena Skin Cancer Association to do just that.
